Shipping and Returns
Thank you for supporting our small family business. We very much appreciate it.
We offer both Australia Post Standard ($5 within Australia for purchases below $50), FREE standard shipping within Australia for all purchases over $50, excluding Express Postage which will be charged at $10 within Australia.
(a) As in respect of purchased items, The Running Company Lilydale delivers within Australia only Monday-Friday. All orders are shipped using Australia Post. Customers will have their orders shipped via Australia Post where customers can track their orders online.
(b) Customers may be required to sign for delivery for Express Post items. The Running Company Lilydale recommends providing a daytime address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm.
(c) It is the customer’s responsibility to be available for the delivery of the item on the specified date. If customer is not available when the product/s are delivered they will be taken to the post office for collection.
(d) The Running Company Lilydale is not responsible for late delivery of product/s, either if no one is available at the time of delivery to sign for the product or otherwise.
(e) When product/s are shipped from The Running Company Lilydale and signed for upon delivery, the customer immediately becomes responsible for the product/s.
At The Running Company Lilydale – our goal is your goal. If you are not entirely satisfied with the product / service that you’ve purchased / received, please contact us. It is that simple.
We often hear people say “Oh it was only a small thing with the shoes so I didn’t worry about contacting you.” We need to know about any issues that you may have with any product so that we can give the feedback directly to the manufacturers to help them improve their products. If we don’t know, we can’t pass it on!
If there is a manufacturing fault with a product, you are protected by the state and federal consumer laws and have a right to a replacement or refund but more so by our want to do the right thing and help keep you moving!
Because of the high level of service that we offer, we do not refund if you simply change your mind.
All returns need to be returned to The Running Company store of purchase.
We are more than happy to exchange an item if:
- It has not been worn
- Is in/with the original packaging and clean and intact
- Within 14 days
We will not refund for change of mind / mistaken size.
We have every right to offer a store credit instead of refund.
All return postage will be at the senders expense.
All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.
